Job summary

Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking an IT Operations Administrator to join the COO team, overseeing the device lifecycle, deployments, RMAs and onboarding/offboarding. You'll partner with security and infrastructure to maintain patching, compliance and monitoring.

You will troubleshoot across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS, administer M365/Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, and drive automation with PowerShell or Bash, plus communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical users.

Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms.
Experience administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV and patching.
Comfort with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation; scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus.
Clear, confident communication translating technical concepts for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Manage the full device lifecycle - builds, replacements, RMAs and onboarding/offboarding.
Contribute to deployments and upgrades (office builds, Wi-Fi refresh, EDR rollouts, migrations).
Improve automation, self-service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling.
Champion security best practice across patching, hardening, device compliance, and access controls.
