Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking a hands-on IT Operations Engineer to join our COO team. You will own escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS and SaaS platforms, ensuring SLAs are met and clear communication with users and stakeholders.

You’ll administer Google Workspace, SSO/IAM, MFA and support our migration to M365 and Entra ID. You’ll manage endpoints with Intune/Jamf/MDM, support network changes, and drive automation and monitoring through scripting and tooling to strengthen security.

Formación

• Experience troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, macOS and SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ticketing, change control and documentation.
• Clear, concise communication with users and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own and resolve escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS/Android, networks, identity, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Meet SLAs and communicate clearly with users and stakeholders.
• Administer Google Workspace, SSO/IAM, MFA and support migration to M365 and Entra ID.
• Manage endpoints using Intune/Jamf/MDM, including software packaging and secure baselines.
• Support LAN/WLAN/VPN/DNS/DHCP/firewall changes and monitoring; liaise with providers as needed.
• Manage the full device lifecycle builds, replacements, RMAs and onboarding/offboarding.
• Contribute to deployments and upgrades (office builds, Wi‑Fi refresh, EDR rollouts, migrations).
• Improve automation, self‑service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling.
• Champion security best practice across patching, hardening, device compliance, and access controls.
