Job summary

Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking an IT Operations professional within the COO to manage device lifecycle, deployments, and security across Windows, Linux, macOS and mobile OS. You will script automation (PowerShell/Bash), administer M365 and Entra ID, and support IAM, MFA/SSO and patching.

The role emphasizes ITSM/ticketing, change control, documentation, and strong communication to translate technical concepts to non-technical users.

Qualifications

Experience administering Windows/Linux/macOS and SaaS platforms in a corporate IT environment.
Proficient with M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, and device compliance tooling.
Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell/Bash) for IT processes.
Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Manage the full device lifecycle including builds, replacements, RMAs and onboarding/offboarding.
Contribute to deployments and upgrades (office builds, Wi-Fi refresh, EDR rollouts, migrations).
Improve automation, self-service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling.
Champion security best practice across patching, hardening, device compliance, and access controls.
ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation.
