Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service by providing regular coaching, feedback, and encouragement.
• Engage with customers by offering a warm welcome, asking open-ended questions to understand needs, and providing tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing shop floor by following guidelines, seasonal trends, and stocking shelves.
• Support the store manager in achieving sales targets through team motivation and shop-floor initiatives.
• Organise in-store events and outreach to enhance the customer experience and drive growth.
• Provide training and development for team members and support recruitment and onboarding.
• Lead the store effectively in the absence of the store manager and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed and maintain a safe work environment.
