Job summary

Lush in Bournemouth is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to support a busy Retail team. You will lead by example, coach colleagues, and ensure every customer leaves with an exceptional shopping experience.

This role is permanent part-time with 12-20 hours per week; includes weekend work and flexible shifts. You’ll collaborate with the store manager to hit targets while upholding Lush’s values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Engage with customers by welcoming them and understanding needs.
• Keep the shop floor clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Support the store manager in achieving sales targets.
• Organise in-store events and customer celebrations.
• Provide training and development for team members.
• Lead in the absence of the store manager and ensure daily operations.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
