Lush in Watford is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead a small sales team with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.

You will train and coach colleagues, manage shifts, maintain store standards, and collaborate with the store manager to meet targets during the busy season. The role is 12–24 hours per week, starting mid-September and ending December, with potential for permanent positions.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a sales team in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.
• Ability to train and onboard new staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and coaching.
• Engage with customers, welcome them warmly, ask open-ended questions and make recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing shop floor and ensure displays follow guidelines.
• Support the store manager in achieving sales targets through team motivation and initiatives.
• Organise in-store events and celebrations to enhance customer experience and drive growth.
• Provide training and development for team members and support recruitment onboarding.
• Lead in the manager's absence to ensure smooth daily operations and sales.
• Ensure health and safety standards and overall store compliance.
• Seek opportunities for personal development and share ideas with leadership.
