Responsibilities
  • Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Interact with customers and educate them on products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
  • Store standards: maintaining front and back areas, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, assisting loss prevention, and adhering to health and safety procedures.
  • Cash management and adherence to all security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies and procedures.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
