Overview

Join Pandora’s team as a seasonal sales & operations assistant! You will be required to work the following days: Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Sundays. We are looking to cover 12 hours per week, Fixed-Term Contract - 12 Months. The rate of pay will be £12.60 per hour. The stores we are hiring for include Ashford. The role

From driving sales to ensuring smooth operations, you’ll be our brand ambassador who makes the magic happen. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas; there may be some crossover depending on day-to-day needs of the store.

Sales
  • Front-of-house excellence: surpass sales targets with effective techniques
  • Personalised connections: bond confidently with customers, adapting to their unique preferences and needs
  • Product knowledge: master Pandora knowledge, delivering unforgettable customer experiences
Operations
  • Get hands-on with preparing click-and-collect orders for customers
  • Keep the flow smooth by managing deliveries, processing returns, and restocking shelves with fresh inventory
  • Wrap gifts, engraving jewellery and loading gift cards

Important stuff to note
  • Contracts will end on a set date.
  • You must be available to work on key trading days throughout the duration of your contract, which will include weekends, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. We will distribute these days fairly to minimise the number you work.
  • You will accrue annual leave in line with your entitlement; however, during this busy period, no annual leave will be approved.
