Job summary

Premier Selection Limited is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in a coastal hotel or village inn, cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients and adapting menus throughout the year.

You will assist with the daily running of the kitchen, contribute ideas for new dishes, and learn costing and menu development from an experienced mentor. Local travel to Aldeburgh/Saxmundham area is expected.

Base salary starts at £35,000 (dependent on experience) with share of staff tips.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required.
• Ability to work with fresh seasonal ingredients.

• Cook with fresh seasonal ingredients and adapt menus as they change throughout the year.
• Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu development; learn costing from the Head Chef.
