Fuller’s Wickham is seeking a talented Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen when they’re away. You will produce fresh, seasonal dishes and bring new ideas to the team.

You’ll work with local suppliers, maintain high hygiene and food safety standards, and contribute to great guest experiences. Full induction, training, and access to Wagestream are provided, plus staff discounts and healthcare cover.

• Deputy to Head Chef with responsibility for kitchen when head is away.
