Winners Recruitment is recruiting for a Sous Chef position at a stunning coastal hotel in Newquay. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop menus, lead the kitchen team, and ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and Hygiene.

The role is full-time, permanent, 45 hours per week with a competitive salary of £34,500–£35,000 per year plus tips. This is a great opportunity to advance your culinary career in a vibrant coastal setting.

Sous Chef - Stunning Coastal Hotel, Newquay

Our client, a beautiful coastal hotel in Newquay, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join their busy kitchen team. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to lead the team, prepare and develop menu items, maintain high food standards, and oversee stock control and ordering.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes to a consistently excellent standard. Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and menu development. Help supervise and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring the smooth running of service. Maintain excellent standards of food quality, freshness, hygiene and presentation.
