Premier Selection Limited is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our popular gastro pub team, creating dishes from fresh seasonal ingredients and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. Based in the Stow-on-the-Wold area with live-in available and meals on duty, candidates ideally live within reasonable commuting reach.
You must be legally able to work in the UK; salary starts at £34,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Help the Head Chef and Sous Chef run the kitchen on a daily basis.
- Delegate tasks and ensure daily prep is completed to the required standards.
- Keep each section organised and ready for service.
