Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a well-established dining pub near Hunstanton to recruit an experienced Head Chef for a high-standards kitchen.

You will lead the kitchen, create seasonal menus, manage costs and mentor a brigade while maintaining exceptional food quality in a busy, guest-focused pub environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Head Chef experience in a busy kitchen.
• Experience leading a brigade of cooks and kitchen staff.
• Ability to create seasonal menus and maintain quality.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and GP management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Create and evolve seasonal menus using fresh, local produce.
• Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
• Control food GP, stock, ordering and budget adherence.
• Recruit, train and mentor chefs to maintain standards.
• Ensure food hygiene and health & safety compliance.
