The role partners with sales and marketing leadership to align pipeline with revenue goals and owns SDR performance metrics such as activity, conversion, and pipeline contribution. London-based with hybrid/remote options to be clarified.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading SDR/BDR teams in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to coach SDRs into quota-carrying reps.
• Experience building outbound processes, playbooks, and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the outbound SDR engine to meet pipeline targets.
• Coach and coach SDRs, refine coaching, metrics, and cadences.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align pipeline with revenue goals.
