Job summary

Flourish in Manchester is seeking an SDR Manager to lead a team focused on outbound pipeline generation from our Manchester office. You will drive structured processes and coaching to maintain consistent performance across a multi-line technology portfolio.

You will partner with sales and marketing to align pipeline priorities, own SDR metrics, and help shape outbound messaging and prospecting strategies for both private and public sector opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing or leading an SDR/BDR team in B2B technology or IT services.
• Track record of building or improving outbound processes that hit pipeline targets.
• Strong coaching ability to develop SDRs into quota-carrying reps.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coaching a team of SDRs based in Manchester to consistently hit pipeline generation targets
• Refining outbound prospecting processes and messaging across a broad, multi-line technology and services portfolio
• Partnering with sales and marketing leadership to align pipeline generation with revenue priorities across private and public sector segments
• Owning SDR performance metrics — activity, conversion, and pipeline contribution
