We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual with proven administrative, IT and organisational skills.

The School Transport Assistant will support the School Transport Manager in arranging and paying for transport for students entitled to home to school transport.

The post holder will arrange the provision of transport between home and school, alternative learning provisions in partnership with the Inclusion/Special Needs Teams and transport companies.

The postholder must be able to work as part of a team but also be able to prioritise their own workload and work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines. They must be able to communicate both orally and in writing with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
