Qualifications

• Substantial school nursing experience at Band 6 or above.
• Evidence of leading change in practice.
• Experience of effective team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day clinical and operational leadership.
• Work with other Team Leads to form the management team.
• Contribute to tackling health inequalities through organized health services.

Skills

Understanding of research/evidence-based practice

Experience in managing staff performance

Education

First level Registered Nurse Adult/Child

BSc (Hons) SCPHN [SN]
