Job summary

Qualifications

• Essential HACCP knowledge and allergen handling.
• Experience in supervising a catering team and stock control.
• Willingness to undertake job-related training.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations and service delivery.
• Organise food sourcing, portion control and menu planning.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and Natasha's Law.
• Manage dining centre and production kitchen, supervise staff.
