You will oversee deliveries, stock, and staff rosters, ensuring high standards of hygiene and compliance with food safety regulations while promoting meals to the school community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate knowledge of HACCP and safe food handling.
• Experience in planning menus, portion control and special diets.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations for school meals.
• Organise food service, manage deliveries and stock-take to minimise waste.
• Ensure allergen information is accurate and comply with food-safety laws.
• Lead and develop catering staff through training and supervision.
• Promote the catering service to parents, pupils and staff.
