The Education Authority invites applications for a Catering Manager at Dromore High School, overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations and a catering team. The role covers menu planning, prep, service points, and adherence to HACCP and allergen requirements.

You will lead a kitchen team, manage stock and budgets, and promote a high-quality dining service for pupils, staff, and visitors. The post is part-time (35 hours/week) with a retainer during school holidays, reporting to the Regional

Formación

• Essential food preparation and service management experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP and safe food handling practices.
• Familiar with allergen management and special diets.
• Willingness to undertake job-related training and development.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and catering service for pupils and staff.
• Organise food service points, stock, and deliveries; monitor wastage and quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety legislation and allergen matrix.
• Promote the catering service and communicate with parents, staff, and pupils.
