A leading services provider in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated School Caretaker to manage day-to-day operations and maintenance. This role is full-time with a competitive hourly wage of £15.21. Location - Colaiste Chill, Wicklow
Full time - 39 hours per week (5 days including evenings, flexibility required)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Caretaker to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities Management.
Be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of operations services and equipment to the agreed performance, quality, and financial standards.
Undertake repairs to building fabric, services, and equipment as requested by the FM Manager.
Ensure all areas, storage spaces, and equipment are maintained to the highest safety and cleanliness standards.
Supervise external contractors and ensure compliance with Sodexo and client procedures, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
A full clean driver's licence (essential).
A recognised trade qualification (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry) is an advantage.
Experience in facilities, maintenance, or caretaking roles, with the ability to undertake physical tasks, multitask, and prioritise workload effectively.
A proactive, can-do attitude, strong timekeeping, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a larger team while maintaining excellent client relationships.
