A leading facilities management provider in Exeter is seeking an experienced Facilities Caretaker. In this full-time role, you will perform routine maintenance, manage repairs, and ensure security protocols are followed. Ideal candidates will possess a range of general skills including minor plumbing and carpentry, along with strong customer service abilities. Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Facilities Caretaker to ensure our buildings and facilities are well-maintained, secure, fully functional and Health & Safety compliant.
You will be joining our Facilities Management team based at St James School in Exeter. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, managing repairs, ensuring security protocols are followed and keeping the premises clean and orderly. You will need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills. This is a full-time role with alternating shift patterns of 6AM-4PM and 10AM-6PM, Monday-Friday.
