A secondary school in Hounslow is looking for a motivated, organised, and genuinely compassionate School Attendance Officer to help pupils and families build positive attendance habits. You’ll play a key role in making sure every young person has the chance to thrive.

Working closely with the Attendance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and tracking daily attendance
  • Supporting pupils, families, and staff to remove attendance barriers
  • Carrying out home visits where appropriate
  • Keeping accurate records and producing reports
  • Upholding the school’s safeguarding procedures
  • Championing a culture of high expectations and excellent attendance
