Qualifications

With headquarters in Leicester and a nationwide network of laboratories and offices, CTS (a Phenna Group Company) offers a wide range of Construction Materials Testing, Surveying and Monitoring services across residential, commercial, rail, road, airports, tunnelling, mining, utilities and brownfield regeneration.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare soil, water and construction material samples for chemical analysis.
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out to high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
  • Follow all procedural requirements set out by the ISO17025 Quality Management System.
  • Maintain accurate and properly filed records.
  • Check, clean, calibrate and ensure suitability of equipment.
  • Progress towards becoming a P401 Qualified Asbestos Analyst; each progression step is matched with a pay rise.
Qualifications

  • GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and Science.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting salary £25,396.20 (paid at £12.21 per hour).
  • 40‑hour working week (5 consecutive days out of seven, including weekends).
  • Overtime paid at 1.3× basic rate.
