You will break down complex decisions, act as a bridge to assessors, and maintain accurate records while supporting the claims team in daily tasks. Hours are 35/week with a salary of £24,500 per year.

Responsibilities

• Explain complex claim decisions in an easy-to-understand, supportive manner.
• Bridge between policyholders and assessors for a transparent claims process.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records and contribute to process improvements.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines without compromising care.
• Assist claims admin with emails and live chat support.
• Add claims to the system ready for assessment.
