Job summary

Adecco Portugal is hiring a Claims Advisor for a Southend, Essex office-based role. You will manage claims for loss, theft and accidental damage, process refunds, and liaise with underwriters to resolve product queries. Full-time, 9am–5:30pm, permanent contract.

We seek excellent verbal and written communication, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive customer service mindset. Strong multitasking and curiosity to improve processes are valued.

Remuneration: 28,000 per annum
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time, 9am to 5.30pm

• Ability to juggle multiple products and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in handling customer complaints.
• Familiarity with fraud investigation and management.
