Tedaisy Insurance Group in Salisbury is seeking a Claims Customer Service Agent for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will handle inquiries via email, phone and live chat, build rapport with customers and vets, and support claims teams to achieve SLAs and KPIs.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You’ll join an award-winning insurer focused on client service and career development.
