Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum – depending on experience
Contract: Permanent

Roles and Responsibilities
Project Management
  • Act as both functional lead and project manager
  • Take full ownership of projects from initiation to completion, following company standards
  • Manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively
  • Document and own project backlogs and requirements
  • Coordinate with functional and technical teams to meet client needs
  • Monitor quality, manage expectations, and conduct reviews to ensure milestones are achieved
Additional Responsibilities
  • Represent the company in customer meetings and lead on-site engagements as the first point of contact
  • Design and lead project solutions in collaboration with delivery and technical teams
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients at all levels and internal teams
  • Mentor and develop future talent within the team
  • Support pre-sales activities, including scoping and identifying new opportunities
  • Propose and implement improvements to Customer Success strategies
