As part of a fast-moving transformation programme, we’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant to help refine, configure, and optimise the platform, ensuring it’s fully aligned with evolving business needs.

This is a delivery-focused contract role, perfect for someone who can hit the ground running and work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams in a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and refine Salesforce requirements
• Advise on best practice within the Salesforce ecosystem to maximise ROI
• Create and maintain functional documentation and solution designs
• Support testing cycles and troubleshoot configuration issues
• Collaborate with developers and admins to ensure seamless delivery
• Provide knowledge transfer and light training to end-users where needed

Required Experience/Skills:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant on enterprise-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience working in retail or other high-volume B2C environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines in a remote setup
• Salesforce certifications (Consultant, Administrator, or equivalent) preferred
