Are you a Salesforce expert ready to shape customer engagement strategies that drive loyalty and business growth? Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of their Salesforce platform and elevate the customer experience across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

As Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll lead the development and execution of Salesforce strategies that foster retention, streamline processes, and deliver meaningful insights. You’ll manage integrations, data quality, and reporting to support strategic decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Salesforce team, driving a high-performance culture.
  • Define and execute Salesforce strategies that enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
