Job summary

The NWF Group is seeking an Account Executive Team Leader to lead a pod of Internal Account Executives in Harrogate. You will coach calls, drive retention and growth, and ensure sales targets are met while maintaining service standards.

You will also manage peak fixed-term Account Executives, delivering fast induction and monitoring performance. This frontline sales leadership role offers a clear progression path within the fuels sales structure, a strong benefits package including a bonus

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing sales or account management role, with some leadership experience.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Experience using CRM to manage pipeline and report performance.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and performance-manage a pod of Internal Account Executives with day-to-day supervision and regular one-to-ones.
• Listen to calls regularly and coach on sales conversation technique.
• Set clear individual targets aligned to the pod's commercial plan.
• Identify underperformance early and coach first, then formal performance management when needed.
• Monitor and share best practices to improve conversion from service calls to sales outcomes.
