The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and achieving targets while overseeing peak fixed-term hires during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing sales or account management role.
• Experience supervising or leading others is a plus.
• Strong CRM usage and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a pod of Internal Account Executives.
• Set and monitor individual targets aligned to the pod plan.
• Manage peak fixed-term hires and onboarding.
• Maintain pipeline discipline and pricing governance.
• Report pod performance to the Internal Customer Retention & Growth Manager.
