NWF Fuels is recruiting a Team Leader to supervise a pod of Internal Account Executives and direct Fixed Term Contract hires during peak periods. You will coach on sales conversations, set targets, and drive retention and revenue growth while maintaining high service standards.

This frontline leadership role emphasizes coaching, accountability and performance management. With a focus on rapid onboarding for fixed-term staff and disciplined CRM usage, you will forecast pod performance and report

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pod or small team in a sales environment.
• Ability to coach and improve sales conversations and outcomes.
• CRM experience and ability to report on performance and forecast.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a pod of Internal Account Executives with daily supervision and 1:1s.
• Listen to calls and coach on sales conversation technique and conversion.
• Set clear targets aligned to the pod's commercial plan.
• Identify underperformance early and address it through coaching and performance management.
• Share best practices to improve service-to-sales conversion rates.
• Manage Peak Fixed Term Contract Account Executives during busy periods from induction to performance.
