Job summary

NWF Fuels Ltd is seeking an Internal Account Executive to retain and grow an existing customer book entirely by phone. You will understand customers' businesses, spot growth opportunities, and discuss commercial outcomes as a natural part of every call.

The role may be permanent or fixed-term during peak trading. You will report to an Internal Account Executive Team Leader and work within a structured team driving retention and expansion across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales, retention or account management.
• Ability to achieve and exceed retention targets.
• Experience handling high volume inbound/outbound calls.
• Confident, natural communicator on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow an assigned book of existing customer accounts by phone.
• Deliver targets for retention, revenue, volume and margin.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Team Leader on coaching, targets and escalations.
