Job summary

NWF Fuels Ltd in Yeovil is seeking an Account Executive Team Leader to coach a pod of Internal Account Executives, guiding them to convert service calls into retention and growth outcomes while maintaining service standards.

You will lead, coach, and performance-manage the team, handle peak fixed-term hires, and drive pod-level performance on retention, revenue, and cross-sell, ensuring a professional customer experience and rigorous CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a pod of Account Executives.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience using CRM to manage pipeline and report performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and performance-manage a pod of Internal Account Executives with daily supervision and regular one-to-ones.
• Listen to calls and coach on sales conversation technique.
• Set clear individual targets aligned to the pod's commercial plan.
• Manage fixed-term Peak hires from induction to performance delivery.
• Own pod-level performance for retention, revenue, cross-sell and upsell.
• Maintain professional customer experience and escalate issues as needed.
