Job summary

NWF Fuels is seeking an Internal Account Executive to retain and grow an assigned book of existing customers entirely by phone. You will treat every contact as a sales conversation, aiming to protect and increase spend while understanding customer needs for growth opportunities.

Role involves working with the Internal Account Executive Team Leader, managing targets for retention revenue, and maintaining CRM records. Permanent or fixed-term options exist with progression across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales, retention or account management.
• Proven ability to hit and exceed retention or sales targets.
• Experience handling high volume customer contact.
• Familiarity with CRM systems to manage activity and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow an assigned book of existing customer accounts via proactive phone-based management.
• Treat each inbound/outbound contact as a sales conversation to grow revenue.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and keep pipeline data current.
• Coordinate with team leaders on coaching, targets and escalations.
