Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
Prepare and issue quotations via email, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Advise clients on product or service details, offering knowledgeable support.
Manage customer inquiries by phone and email with efficiency and courtesy.
Record customer interactions, orders, and quotes in CRM or internal systems.
Coordinate order fulfilment and liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, technical team) as needed to ensure timely customer delivery.
Follow up with customers on order status or quote requests to ensure satisfaction.
Troubleshoot basic technical or sales-related queries and escalate more complex issues appropriately.
Maintain up-to-date product and pricing knowledge, especially within the technical domain.
Proven experience in a customer service, order processing, or technical sales role.
Proficiency in CRM and email communication tools.
Solid IT skills (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, plus CRM navigation).
Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management ability.
Effective written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and professional.
Flexible to adapt and support evolving needs.
Office-based, reliable, and self-motivated.
Excellent IT literacy—comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel), and email platforms.
Prior experience in technical sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing role.
