A Japanese entertainment company is seeking a Sales Support Co-ordinator to join their Windsor office. In this role, you will support the Commercial Manager within the gaming/ entertainment, and TCG divisions. You will also provide commercial support in areas such as promotional planning, pricing, forecasting, and market analysis, while serving as a point of contact for external customers, the Global Business Management Team, and third-party platform partners.

Location: Windsor, West London – hybrid working 2 days per week upon completion of training
Start Date: ASAP

Main Responsibilities
  • Support all commercial topics across the company and take ownership of tasks such as customer-facing discussions on sales rebates and claims reconciliation in co-operation with Finance & Operations
  • Fully own a new trade marketing and asset creation process for B2B marketing channels, working with external customers, internal Shared Services Design Teams, and external agencies
  • Build strong relationships with external customers and manage accounts with the Commercial Lead
  • Collaborate with their Corporate Management teams to ensure compliance and effective handling of business requests
  • Analyse sales and market data (internal and external) regularly to support decision-making and future planning
