A Scandinavian design brand in London is seeking Sales & Showroom Associates to represent the company and provide exceptional client service. Candidates should have experience in premium retail or interior design, with a strong understanding of home textiles. The position offers part-time work starting October 2025, with a fixed-term contract until April 2026, and a supportive work environment fostering inclusivity and innovation.
The Scandinavian design brand Nordic Knots will open the doors to its first home in London at 130 Mount Street in October 2025. Situated in a townhouse on the corner of Mount Street and Berkeley Square, the London pied‑à-terre will feel like a residence, echoing the aesthetic of a Nordic Knots–designed apartment. Open to both trade and consumers, this will be the first opportunity in the UK to experience and shop our rugs, curtains, and an expanding range of home textiles in person.
We are looking for talented individuals to join our London team as Sales & Showroom Associates, representing Nordic Knots as true brand ambassadors and knowledgeable consultants to our clients. In this role, you will welcome both trade professionals and private clients into our first UK home, delivering an inspiring showroom experience and guiding them seamlessly towards the right solutions for their homes and projects. We are offering part‑time positions of up to 30 hours per week, beginning October 2025 on a fixed‑term contract until April 2026, with the potential to extend in both hours and contract length.
As part of our Retail Team at Nordic Knots, you enjoy connecting with people, are passionate about interior design, and motivated to help the brand build lasting client relationships. You bring warmth, expertise, and commercial awareness to every interaction, ensuring clients feel inspired and supported. The ideal candidate has a background in retail and interior design or category‑specific experience in rugs, curtains, and home textiles.
Nordic Knots was founded in 2016 by Liza B Laserow, Fabian Berglund and Felix Berglund. We are a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer Scandinavian interior design brand with the USA as the major market. Nordic Knots was born from a culture of thoughtful design that lasts beyond seasons and trends. Fusing function and aesthetics with a Scandinavian sensibility, we craft timeless textiles for the modern home. We believe that great textiles are foundational and can transform a house into a harmonious home – framing the most beautifully curated lives. The head office as well as the flagship store is located at Birger Jarlsgatan in central Stockholm. We have a second store in New York, and are growing our team in the USA, Sweden and now also in the UK.
We are a fun and driven team with high ambitions. We have an entrepreneurial and open‑minded culture where new ideas and suggestions for improvements are valued and encouraged. At Nordic Knots everyone should feel that they are a part of and contributing towards our success as we continue to scale up.
At Nordic Knots we stand for a diverse and inclusive workforce. We seek talented individuals who bring a range of perspectives and inspired ideas. We welcome all applicants eager to join a dynamic team.
