Perfect Placement is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor in Edinburgh. You will deliver excellent customer service face-to-face and by phone/email, offering expert advice on trailer hire, towbar fitting, and workshop services.

You will manage stock, support warehouse workflows, and process transactions with care. This full-time, on-site role provides full training, ongoing support, and clear career development within the branch network.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a sales, service, or customer-facing role within the automotive industry or similar environment.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Forklift licence desirable, but training can be provided.

• Deliver outstanding customer service both face-to-face and remotely via phone and email.
• Provide expert advice on products and services, including bookings for trailer hire, towbar fitting, and workshop services.
• Manage stock levels, ensure proper presentation, and maximise sales opportunities.

• Process cash, banking, invoicing, and credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain high standards of administration, filing, and record keeping.

• - Basic salary of up to £26,208 per annum
• - Bonus potential with an OTE of up to £32,928
