Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face, over the phone, and via email as the primary contact for customers.
• Advise customers on a wide range of products and services, ensuring accurate and efficient order taking.
• Manage bookings for trailer hire, towbar fitting, and other workshop services.
• Ensure stock is received, displayed, and maintained to maximise sales opportunities.
• Assist the workshop team with workflow management and timely updates.
• Handle cash, banking, invoicing, and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain administration and filing systems in line with company standards.
• Uphold health and safety procedures, ensuring a tidy and professional working environment.
