Overview

UK Print House is a printing company based in North London, operating as a family business for over 25 years. With years of skilled staff and experience, our team bring the convenience of any printing needs under one roof. We produce a huge variety of printed items such as packaging, magazines, canvases, books, leaflets, menus, brochures, catalogues, promotional materials, etc. Having the entire production process in-house gives us total control over time and quality, hence enabling us to deliver the best products and services to our customers.

Our key services are as follows:

  • PRINTING & PACKAGING — All our print is kept in-house and includes both litho and digital print. This allows us to produce paper/board carton packaging, brochures, leaflets, folders, business cards and more with a range of one to six colour print and from one to one million in quantity. In addition, we are set up to print large format in full colour, ideal for oversized poster printing and banners.
  • SIGNAGE, DISPLAY, INDOOR - OUTDOOR BANNER — Shopfront signage, fitting out interior, canopies, A-boards or exhibition stands, banners, etc., we provide a full range of signage and display systems.

To identify, develop and maintain relationships with new prospects and existing clients proactively promoting production capabilities and services to generate and secure profitable revenue.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales target.
  • Research, identify and approach new B2B business opportunities.
  • Any experience regarding procurement tendering and securing contracts, specifically for printing & packaging, is a plus.
  • Planning & implementing a Quarterly Sales Strategy with the in-house Business Development Manager.
  • You will use your extensive knowledge of the industry and its markets to look at ways to create growth, accurately forecast sales predictions and shifts in the marketplace, and avoid stagnation!
  • Develop and maintain client relationships at all levels by engaging with them via direct meetings, online meetings, email and phone.
  • Using personal built-up connections and knowledge of industry events, exhibitions and conferences to grow network as much as possible both online and in-person.
  • Understand the needs of our clients in order to respond effectively with a plan to meet their objectives.
  • Create, build and manage individual sales pipeline to achieve / exceed targets.
  • Provide account leadership, engaging with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Plan and develop account business plans for key clients/ prospects.
  • Submission of weekly/monthly/quarterly sales activity reports.

Person Specification

  • Qualifications — Suitable educational qualifications to support a commercial, administrative and communication driven role.
  • Driving License
  • Specific Experience — 5-10 years minimum experience of working in the print & package industry, understanding of processes, applications and client buying modes.
  • Proof of successful record in Sales (demonstrating new business wins/account growth).
  • Interpersonal Skills — Good listening skills; Good communication skills, both written and verbal; Able to negotiate well; Ability to create and build strong relationships both internally and externally; Ability to adapt to the task at hand.
  • Personal Attributes — Highly motivated; Results driven; Able to work alone and as part of a collective approach; Ability to work under time constraints; Confident, passionate, outgoing and independent; Able to handle feedback and learn from it.
