A growing organization is seeking a dedicated Sales Person for a fully remote role in client sourcing. You will engage with clients of varying ages to understand their personal requirements and facilitate connections with Carers. This position offers a commission of £50 for every new client engaged in a monthly contract, with no base salary or limit on clients introduced. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Person to source Clients for our growing organisation.

If you are confident and enjoy engaging with people of all ages, this could be your ideal job.

As alluded to, we focus on providing local home Carers to our Clients, who vary in age.

The primary role of the successful candidate will be to source new Clients, ascertain their personal requirements and then to pass on this information to Clematis Home Care.

Regular calls with the Clematis Home Care team is necessary to ascertain the progress and projections.

This contract is fully remote.

We are very flexible regarding your work availability.

As the assignment has no base salary, we credit the Sales Person with £50 with every client that is engaged in a monthly contract.

There is no limit to the number of Clients that you introduce.

Furthermore, the contract allows you to work in parallel with your other jobs (if you wish).

Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience in a sales role or as a call centre operative.
  • Proficient in the use of Video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp etc.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Office.
  • The candidate must be based in the UK. An understanding of the Home Care Industry.
  • Familiarity of DBS checks and the processes involved.
  • An understanding of Contract assignments.
  • Right to work (in the UK) documentation.
  • References for previous work carried out during the past year.
