Qualifications

• Experience coaching sales teams and improving follow-up and conversion.
• Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management across multiple properties.
• Ability to analyse performance data and feedback to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coach colleagues through live enquiries, follow-up, viewings and closing.
• Identify gaps and turn insights into practical action with property teams.
• Support resident engagement and events to generate leads.
• Maintain disciplined CRM usage and clean pipelines across sites.
• Steer rebooking and retention activity through performance-based coaching.
