Unite Group is seeking an Area Sales Executive to boost sales capability and consistency across its student accommodation teams. You will work with property and city teams to turn insights into practical actions, strengthening follow-up, viewings and conversion while maintaining a warm, student-focused customer experience.

Your success will be measured by improvements across the team, not just personal bookings, with opportunities to lead coaching, live enquiry support and share best practices

Qualificações

• Proven experience in sales, sales coaching, performance support or team development in a customer-focused environment.
• Track record of helping others improve, not just delivering personal results.
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to turn data into actionable steps.
• Confident giving constructive feedback and adapting to different levels of experience.
• Collaborative, values-led approach that builds trust and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Coaching colleagues through live enquiries, follow-up, viewings and closing conversations.
• Identifying opportunities to improve follow-up, pipelines and conversion across multiple properties.
• Supporting local activity that creates leads including events and digital channels.
• Reinforcing CRM discipline and timely follow-up across teams.
• Stepping into direct sales during peak periods to unlock results.
• Using performance data to identify gaps and priorities and turning them into actions.
