Unite Group in Liverpool is seeking an Area Sales Executive to boost sales capability across student accommodation teams. You will coach teams on follow-up, viewings, objections, and conversion, aligning commercial outcomes with a positive student experience.

You will use performance data and customer insight to identify gaps and opportunities, work with property and city teams, and support multiple properties through seasonal peaks while maintaining a strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, sales coaching, performance support or team development in a customer-focused environment.
• A track record of helping others improve, not just delivering strong personal results.
• Strong data-to-action capability and ability to turn observations into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Identify performance gaps and develop practical actions.
• Coach teams through live enquiries, follow-up, viewings, and closing conversations.
• Improve CRM usage, pipelines, and timely follow-up across properties.
• Support local activity: open days, student fairs, events and digital channels.
• Use data and insight to prioritise improvements and opportunities.
• Step into direct sales during peaks to unlock results.
