Unite Group seeks an Area Sales Executive to boost sales capability across student accommodation teams. You will work with property and city teams to improve follow-up, viewings, objections, and conversions across multiple properties, shaping a consistent, student-focused experience.

Your success is measured by the improvement you enable across the team, not just your own bookings. You will travel across properties, coach colleagues, and support local events and CRM usage.

Qualificações

• Proven sales experience and ability to coach others.
• Track record of improving sales performance.
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable steps.
• Confident in giving constructive feedback and adapting to different levels.

Responsabilidades

• Identify performance gaps across multiple properties and turn insight into action.
• Coach teams on live enquiries, follow-ups, viewings and closing conversations.
• Support CRM discipline, pipeline management and timely follow-ups.
• Lead or assist in direct sales during peak periods.
• Promote resident engagement and rebooking through targeted activities.
