Job summary

Parkside Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organised Sales Order Processing Officer in the Uxbridge area. The role involves managing orders from processing through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will coordinate with warehouse teams and suppliers, maintain records and support stock allocation and billing. Strong Excel and ERP experience, attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales order processing or order management.
• Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation.
• Experience in logistics, distribution, stock management or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage daily customer sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Monitor outstanding orders, back orders and stock availability.
• Liaise with customers regarding order updates, delivery schedules and product availability.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, suppliers and internal departments to resolve stock and delivery queries.
• Prepare order confirmations, invoices and relevant shipping documentation.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery delays or changes.
• Maintain accurate customer records, databases and internal reports.
• Support stock allocation, inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Assist with billing, auditing and general administrative duties.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
