Job summary

Anderson Recruitment Ltd in Dursley is seeking a Sales Order Coordinator to join a growing team. You will manage customer orders from placement through delivery, liaising with internal departments and logistics partners to ensure smooth processing and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receiving and accurately processing retail customer orders.
• Review the system data daily to ensure dispatch reports are aligned.
• Work with the warehouse team to log product shortages and end dates on the system.
• Deal with customer enquiries and pass details to relevant departments.
• Work with finance to manage proforma invoices.
• Inform stakeholders of changes in demand and logistics.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure stock is picked and delivered correctly.
• Amend and update changes to sales prices.
• Track delivery performance and report issues.
• Identify risks to shelf life and opportunities to upsell and improve logistics.
• Ensure orders are invoiced accurately with correct batches and weights.
• Analyse data to extract performance insights.
• Booking and liaising with hauliers.
