Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a meticulous Sales Operations Administrator to support a busy sales team in Uxbridge. You will bridge customers, sales, production and internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and customers receive excellent service throughout the sales journey.

Responsibilities include order management, customer enquiries, data reporting, and coordinating samples with production.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Operations.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ERP systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately using the ERP system.
• Monitor orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Resolve order queries and discrepancies quickly and effectively.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Support the sales team with customer information, reporting, and meeting preparation.
• Assist with customer visits, showroom appointments, and sales activities.
• Produce and maintain sales reports and data analysis.
• Ensure customer and sales information is kept accurate and up to date.
• Respond to requests for sales data and performance information.
• Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate product samples and track requests.
• Work closely with production and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor outstanding actions and follow up where required.
